Description
Each order in the example has one of two priorities — VIP and ordinary. The ordinary orders are scheduled for the delivery only if all VIP orders are already scheduled. The orders have different time windows. Delivery is carried out in two shifts — morning and evening. The example includes 330 orders.
Оbjective function: cost minimization.
Output: set of trips to deliver the orders, some of the orders are not scheduled.
