When to use?
When you need to choose which orders to deliver with your own transport, and which - hired.

How to implement the script?
In the cost of changing transport or performers, set different costs:
- for going to a shift — cost_per_shift;
- per shift unit — cost_per_unit.
Example
- The cost of one shift for vehicle fleet No. 1 is set two times less than for vehicle fleet No. 2.
- The cost of changing performer #1 is less than the cost of changing performer #2.
When planning, if there are no other factors, the cheapest change of transport and contractor is always chosen.
